Here are the most frequently asked questions at Terra Massage + Wellness. If your question isn’t answered here, please reach out to me directly.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Terra Massage + Wellness accepts cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, HSA cards, all major debit/credit cards, and pre-paid gift certificates. To create ease at checkout and to reduce no-shows, a credit card is required to book an appointment. Credit cards will not be charged until the time of the session. The card on file will be charged the full session fee in the case of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Prices are subject to change at any time.

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

24 hours please. I understand and respect the hectic schedules of clients. When given sufficient notice, appointments may be moved or accommodations may be made.

Please understand that operation hours are limited, and I am often booked in advance. There is no charge for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. More notice is always appreciated.

If a client must cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, they will be charged half of the session fee. If a client must cancel with less than 8 hours notice or do not show up to their appointment, they will be charged the full amount for the session. If a client has a package, one session will be used for the missed appointment.

Punctuality. Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the clients booking after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged a cancellation fee.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are available for purchase in person or via Zelle or Venmo. Please contact me via email (terrawellnessaz@gmail.com) or phone (520-261-2998) to purchase a gift certificate for a friend or loved one. Thanks!

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Yes. Please contact me prior to scheduling to ask about my current sliding scale fee structure and availability in my practice.

Additionally, if you’re currently volunteering with No Mas Muertes or a similar allied organization, I offer all services at a reduced rate. Please reach out to me directly via email or phone to discuss further. Thank you!

Do you accept tips?

I charge a flat rate for my time and tipping is not encouraged unless clients truly want to express gratitude and appreciation. In spa environments pay is often commission-based, and tipping is necessary and encouraged to supplement low wages. So please do continue to tip massage therapists when visiting spas.
