I used to think that massage was a luxury. Now I fully understand it to be a critical part of my self-care regimen. I hike, bike, and do yoga, and Tara’s therapeutic massage enhances my ability to continue.

I believe Tara has the gift of healing touch, it’s not just “massage”. She’s intuitive and connected, which adds a special element to the whole experience. Her energy is healing, and comforting.

I feel safe in her care, and I’ve learned how to receive more deeply. I’m more open to how therapeutic massage can bring emotional as well as physical healing. How she uses essential oils is a treat.
