I came to Tara wanting some more tools in my “tool box” because I had tried traditional therapy, but wanted to really connect my mind and body. Together we decided that TRE therapy would be a great fit. The incredible depth of energetic vibration and healing that TRE can bring about truly helped me connect better with my body. Instead of being concerned about the “whys” of things, I learned to just feel with my body. Tara always listened with a gentle heart and truly helps individuals find their own strength. Tara always conducted our sessions with compassion, care, and attention to an individual’s needs. TRE has enhanced my somatic awareness and has become an integral part of my healing journey!
