Rescheduling + Cancellation Policies
Please give 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to try to fill the spot. If less than 24 hours is given, 50% of the scheduled appointment will be charged.
No Show / Late Cancel Policy. In the event of a no-show or late cancel within 8 hours of the appointment, the full cost of the scheduled appointment will be due. Last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded or used as credit. All cancel fees must be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment.
Frequency of Canceling and/or Rescheduling. Canceling and/or rescheduling 3 times, in a row, may result in a prepaid nonrefundable deposit to hold the next appointment, and/or a loss of booking privileges. This includes any changes made with more than 24 hours notice.
Late arrivals. Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the clients booking after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged the full fee for the session.
Sickness
Please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell. Due to the close proximity of massage, there’s a high risk I’ll catch whatever your body is fighting, and that can result in multiple days off for me and a massive loss of income. Even if you don’t believe you’re contagious, massage can sometimes make symptoms feel worse. If you’re ever unsure please text me and let’s figure it out together. Please note: If you need to cancel due to illness within the 24 hour window, you can send someone in your place to avoid the fee.
Scheduling Appointments
The best way to schedule an appointment is through the online booking system. My schedule allows booking up to 2 months out, and generally speaking, I’m booked about 3 weeks out. I encourage you to book out as far in advance as you can to ensure that you always have a spot on my schedule.
Gratuity
My practice is gratuity free. Prices are all-inclusive. The price you see listed on my website is the price you’ll pay for your service. I would much rather you put the money you would spend on a tip towards your next treatment. If you insist on leaving a tip, please consider doing something from the list below. These “tips” won’t cost you anything (except the first one) and will support my practice to grow. Thank you!
