Here are the most commonly asked questions at Terra Massage + Wellness. If your question isn’t answered here, please reach out to me directly.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Terra Massage + Wellness accepts cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, HSA cards, all major debit/credit cards, and pre-paid gift cards. To create ease at checkout and to reduce no-shows, a credit card is needed to book an appointment. Credit cards will not be charged until the time of the session. The card on file will be charged the full session fee in the case of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Prices are subject to change at any time.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
24 hours please. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. (More notice is always appreciated.) With less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, there will be a fee due equal to half of the scheduled appointment. The fee must be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment. Clients who no-show or late cancel (within 8 hours of their appointment) will be charged in full. Last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded or used as credit.
Late arrivals. Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the clients booking after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged the full fee for the session.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. They are available online here.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes. I offer sliding scale rates to those who would find this support inaccessible otherwise. Please reach out to me directly via email to discuss sliding scale rates + availability in my practice prior to scheduling an appointment. Thank you!
Do you accept tips?
I charge a flat fee for my time and tipping is not accepted. Pricing is all inclusive. Transparency in pricing matters. I know this goes against industry standards, but I think you’ll like it! All inclusive pricing means CBD oil/lotion, warm eye pillows, therapeutic grade essential oils, cupping and gua-sha are integrated into bodywork sessions for no extra fee and tailored to your specific needs.
Do you take insurance?
No. I can offer a receipt for clients to send to their insurance company. Additionally, I accept payment via HSA cards.
