Here are the most commonly asked questions at Terra Massage + Wellness. If your question isn’t answered here, please reach out to me directly.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Terra Massage + Wellness accepts cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, HSA cards, all major debit/credit cards, and pre-paid gift certificates. To create ease at checkout and to reduce no-shows, a credit card is needed to book an appointment. Credit cards will not be charged until the time of the session. The card on file will be charged the full session fee in the case of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Prices are subject to change at any time.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
24 hours please. I understand and respect the hectic schedules of clients. When given enough notice, appointments can be moved or accommodations be made.
Please understand that operation hours are limited, and I am often booked 4-8 weeks in advance. There is no charge for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. More notice is always appreciated.
If a client must cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or does not show up to their appointment, they will be charged the full amount for the session. If a client has a package, one session will be used for the missed appointment.
Punctuality. Please note that arriving late to your session will result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the clients booking after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged a cancellation fee.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. But, I do not sell them online. Please contact me directly to buy a gift certificate. Thank you for considering this work for your loved ones.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
I offer sliding scale rates to those who would find this support inaccessible otherwise. Please reach out to me directly via email to discuss sliding scale rates + availability in my practice before scheduling an appointment.
Do you accept tips?
I charge a flat fee for my time and tipping is not accepted. Pricing is all inclusive. Craniosacral therapy, CBD oil/lotion, aromatherapy, cupping and gua-sha are integrated into bodywork sessions for no extra fee and tailored to your specific needs.
Do you take insurance?
No. I can offer a receipt for clients to send to their insurance company. Additionally, I accept payment via HSA cards.
