Please Note: Clients must complete an Introductory one-on-one TRE® session prior to scheduling follow-up appointments. If you learned TRE with another provider, you’ll still need to schedule an introductory session. The same applies if you learned it on your own with the book or YouTube. Thank you for your understanding.
Clinic Policies
Payment types accepted: Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, health savings accounts, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. (More notice is always appreciated.) With less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, there will be a fee due equal to half of the scheduled appointment. The fee must be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment. Clients who no-show or late cancel (same day of their appointment) will be charged in full. Last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded or used as credit.
Late arrivals. Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the clients booking after you. Clients who are over 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged the full fee for the session.
