FAQ

What is TRE®? For detailed info, please visit my page dedicated to TRE® here. In short, TRE® is a self-healing mechanism that you can practice anytime, anywhere. Kind of like yoga or meditation. You can practice at home, in a studio, or outside. TRE® is easy to learn and helps reduce the buildup of stress, tension and trauma.

Do I need to undress for bodywork treatments? If you are receiving a 60 minute craniosacral therapy session you will stay fully clothed for the session. If you receive an integrative bodywork treatment that includes massage therapy, you will disrobe to your level of comfort. I use professional draping techniques and leave the room while you disrobe.

Do you offer mobile massage, TRE® and/or yoga? Yes I do, on a limited basis and for an additional travel cost depending on location. Please call me for more information and pricing.

Do you accept insurance? I can help you get reimbursed by your insurance company if your insurance covers out of network providers for therapeutic massage. Typically insurance companies in Arizona require medical necessity (i.e. doctor’s referral note) to cover out of network providers.

How long have you practiced massage and where did you go to school? I attended the Cortiva Institute in Tucson, Arizona. I opened my private practice a couple months after graduating school in September 2012. I have continuing education in craniosacral therapy, cupping, gua-sha, russian sports massage, aromatherapy, and trigger point therapy.
