Essential oils are extremely potent and healing. I often add essential oils to bodywork treatments. Below is a list of oils I use most frequently, along with a few of their benefits.
Lavender – calming, reduces anxiety + stress, improves sleep
Frankincense – improves sadness, inflammation, wrinkles, + mental fatigue
Ylang Ylang – improves restlessness, anxiety + high blood pressure
Peppermint – improves allergies, asthma, chronic fatigue, congestion, diarrhea, fever, heartburn, joint ache, lower back ache, tension headache + poor concentration
